What to Expect

Begin by sending a message through the contact form. You’re welcome to share what’s bringing you here, what you’re navigating, or simply introduce yourself.
2. Resonance & Response
Within 48 hours, I’ll be in touch. I take time to feel for alignment—this work is relational, and I work with clients where there is a clear resonance and readiness. If it feels like a fit, we’ll move forward together.
3. Shaping the Work
There are no fixed packages or formulas. We’ll begin by listening for where you are depleted, overextended, or out of rhythm, and from there, shape an approach that supports your body, mind, and spirit.
4. Our Time Together
Sessions take place in person, in a location of your choosing—somewhere you feel at ease and able to settle into the work. Online sessions are also available if preferred. Each session is intuitive and responsive. We may work with tarot, plant medicine, astrology, or simply deep listening—always guided by what is most supportive for you in the moment. The pace is gentle, the steps are small, and the intention is to move you towards your fullest expression of vitality.
