A Bridge Between Worlds

I am a community herbalist, intuitive practitioner, and educator working in the fertile space where intellect meets intuition, science meets mysticism, and body meets spirit.

My work is grounded in both study and lived experience. I hold certificates in Western Herbalism (Ecoversity), Astrological Herbalism (The School of Evolutionary Herbalism), and Tarot Herbalism (Worts & Cunning Apothecary), with ongoing study at the Traditions School of Herbal Studies. I am deeply grateful to my teachers, including Ruth Glass, Kat Maier, Sajah Popham, Rosemary Gladstar, Jody Noé, and Alexis Cunningfolk.

I also bring a lifetime of interdisciplinary study—from history to anatomy to ecology—that shapes how I listen and work.

The Life That Grounds My Work

Before I am any of those things, I am a human being living a very ordinary and very sacred life.

I am a mother and a wife, and a member of the LGBTQ+ community. I live in St. Petersburg, Florida, where sun and storms shape my days. I love paddle boarding at the Pier, dancing at the Blueberry Patch, and tending my chickens and garden each morning.

I believe in pleasure, sensuality, and the simple joy of being alive in a body on this beautiful planet.

I also carry grief for the climate crisis we are living through. Loving the Earth makes that grief unavoidable—but it also makes the work of tending—to our bodies, our communities, and the living world—feel essential.

Empress Herbals was born from a simple truth: healing does not come from force, but from restoring the conditions in which life can thrive.

My work helps you reconnect with your body, your intuition, and your own rhythms. Together, we listen for where you are depleted or overextended, and begin—one small step at a time—to shift toward nourishment, magnetism, and sovereign receptivity.

There is no formula. Each session is shaped in relationship, guided by what is most needed and most alive for you.

This is the work of remembering the Empress within—the part of you that knows how to receive, create, and live in rhythm with life itself.
